This block is to configure the Envelope Signal Generator instrument.
This button connects to the instrument after entering the its Address in the Configuration property grid. It also displays the following status conditions:
Idle: No instrument is connected.
Connecting: The software is in the process of connecting to the instrument.
Connected: The software is connected to the instrument.
Three types of instruments are supported in N7614B Signal Studio for Power Amplifier Test as Envelope Signal Generator.
Arbitrary Waveform Generator. For detailed settings, refer to Arbitrary Waveform Generator settings.
MXG/EXG. For detailed settings, refer to MXG/EXG settings.
